History
Yellow House Realty is not a franchise brokership. It is locally owned by Linda Kiser, who is also the Broker in Charge. Though Yellow House Realty is a small company, we place special emphasis on personalized and professional real estate services including buying or selling your home, or we can help you find just the right oceanfront condo or investment property. To compliment our real estate business, we are also a "custom builder" with 15 years experience. We have been in the business of real estate for over 20 years, serving the South Strand of Myrtle Beach and neighboring areas.
Currently, we are in the process of building our new real estate office at the south end of Hwy. 707, very convenient to south Myrtle Beach and the growing area along the Hwy. 707 corridor. These areas include Prince Creek, Tournament Blvd., The TPC and Blackmoor, along with several new subdivisions just getting started.
